1990 Trojan International 12 Meter Motor Yacht

SOLD

Enclosed Hardtop Aft Deck * Caterpillar Diesel Powered

First introduced in 1981, Trojan's International Series boats were considered ground-breaking within the industry drawing both praise and skepticism from other manufacturers of the day.  These well designed and engineered vessels were built in Lancaster Pennsylvania by Amish craftsmen from 1949 to 1992.  Decades after introduction, they continue to stack up well against new offerings and remain one of few boats worthy of a repower or complete refit.  Trojan Internationals are well recognized and represent an outstanding value in the marketplace that far exceeds market price.  Trojan International Boats predicts that "decades from now when most of the 1981-1992 brand x competition will be scrapped or forgotten, most of the International Series will still be in service as they continue to be recognized as being worthy of investment and refitment."

Trojan's International 12 Meter Motor Yacht remains an attractively styled yacht, even by today's standards.  Built on the same low-deadrise hull as the 12 Meter Convertible, this aft cabin version offers an expansive two-stateroom, two-head interior with a large salon, large dinette, stepped-down galley and an enclosed hardtop aft deck that comfortably accommodates a table and chairs.  The bridge offers great visibility with centerline helm, plush pedestal seating for two and wrap-around bench seating.  A unique utility/storage area opposite the galley houses a washer and dryer and provides a substantial amount of large object storage space.

"Cap d'Antibes" shows beautifully with interior decor that will impress the most discerning boater.  The photos alone tell the story.  All the original bridge upholstery has been replaced and over the years numerous updates and upgrades have been made.  Her last survey (Buchanan, 2018) rated her "above average" in many areas, with pride of ownership clearly evident throughout.  Her owners are now of an age where safely handling and maintaining a large boat presents challenges, and have made the difficult decision to  move on to other pursuits.
